Raining Pink Champagne Cocktail

  • 1 oz rosé syrup
  • 3 oz pink champagne

Rosé Syrup

  • 1.5 cup Rosé
  • 1.5 cup Sugar

Instructions
 

Raining Pink Champagne Cocktail

  • Chill rosé syrup.
  • Pour 1oz syrup into a champagne flute or martini glass
  • Top with champagne and give a gentle stir

Rosé Syrup

  • Heat rosé and sugar in a pan, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Allow to simmer (do not boil) for 6-8 minutes until syrup is slightly thickened.
  • Allow to cool before using.
