Emerald City - Green Melon Margarita
A green melon margarita cocktail inspired by the emerald gemstone. Served with a melon liqueur flavored emerald gummy.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Melon Liqueur e.g. Midori
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .25 oz Agave Nectar or simple syrup
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients together.
- Serve over ice or in a martini glass.
Notes
You can also blend all the ingredients with ice for a blended margarita. This recipe is easy to batch, just keep in mind 8oz are in a cup. (One batch of 8 margaritas will have a cup of tequila, etc.) Be sure to water down the cocktail if you're planning on pre-batching and chilling the cocktail in the fridge, otherwise it will be too strong in both flavor and booze.
