Sapphire Sky - Sapphire Blue Martini
The best blue martini recipe out there! This sapphire blue martini is subtle, not too sweet, and dangerously strong.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Lillet Rose My personal favorite, but other rose vermouths should work
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with edible sapphire (recipe below) and a lemon twist.
