Hibiscus Mojito
The Hibiscus Mojito, a unique and creative take on the classic mojito.
- 2 oz Rum
- .75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- 1/2 Lime Cut into wedges
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Seltzer Water
Gently roll mint leaves in your hand to release oils (careful not to tear the leaves.)
Gently shake with ice all the ingredients minus seltzer water and pour into a tall glass.
Top with more ice and seltzer water.
Add your creative garnish!
