Hibiscus Mojito

The Hibiscus Mojito, a unique and creative take on the classic mojito.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Rum
  • .75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
  • 1/2 Lime Cut into wedges
  • 6-8 Mint Leaves
  • Seltzer Water

Instructions
 

  • Gently roll mint leaves in your hand to release oils (careful not to tear the leaves.)
  • Gently shake with ice all the ingredients minus seltzer water and pour into a tall glass.
  • Top with more ice and seltzer water.
  • Add your creative garnish!
