Mauve Sky
A creative take on the Aviation gin cocktail using color changing Blue Tea.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin
- .75 oz Lime Juice Use fresh squeezed!
- .5 oz Maraschino Liqueur Such as Luxardo
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- Splash Concentrated Blue Tea 4 tea bags steeped in 1 cup water
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients minus Blue Tea with ice
- Strain into chilled martini glass or over ice.
- Top with Blue Tea (for the layering effect, use a mister.)
